This tutorial was written by Laura on the 16th January 2011.
This is my own creation and any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental.
Under no uncertain terms are you allowed to make money from anything produced from this tutorial, this is against my TOU.
For this tutorial you will need:
Working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.
Image of your choice, I’m using the wonderful work of Zindy Zone you must have a license to use her work unless you have a free image such as the one i'm using!

Beautiful Moment, Pleasant Memories Scrap Kit made by me which you can buy from HERE
Two masks i used one from the wonderful Vix you can grab it from HERE
Vix_Mask 48
and one from the awesome Weescotslass Creations you can grab it HERE
WSL_Mask 208
OK lets get started
Open a new image 800 x 800 don't worry we can re-size this later.
Open one of my green papers from the kit
Now go to layers, load/save mask, load mask from disc

Now go to layers, load/save mask, load mask from disc
Find WSL_Mask 208 and press load.
Right click on the top of your paper and copy merged
Back to your empty canvas right click on the top and paste as a new layer

Back to your empty canvas right click on the top and paste as a new layer
Add a light drop shadow if required.
Do the same again now using a pink paper and Vix Mask 48.
Postion on top of the previous mask and when happy apply.
Now seect the pink frame from my kit or a frame of your choice.
Add as new layer on top of the two masks, position until happy.
Now grab your tube.
I positioned mine at the bottom of the heart frame.
Now all i did was play around with the elements from my kit.
When i positioned say the green leaves behind the tube, i then in layers duplicated the leaves element and went to layers and mirrored.
I do this with a few other elements such as the hearts, green single heart leaf, the pink heart leaves and angels.
Once you are happy with your tag you can add drop shadows to suit you.
Now you can add your name or name of choice by selecting the layer you wish to add the name to.
Select Text tool and find your font of choice and select sizes, colours etc.
When happy position and apply.
Add drop shadow if wanted or filter.
Add the correct copyrights now to your tag.
And we are finished!
